How do DDBC’s products differ from other dog grooming products?
We couldn’t find clean, safe and effective products for our dogs – so we developed them ourselves! DDBC’s co-founders are vets, beauty industry experts and dog parents who ACTUALLY get it. We formulate with human-grade, research backed and sustainable ingredients to keep your dog looking and feeling their best. We hope you and your dog love DDBC as much as we do!
Are DDBC’s products all-natural and organic?
At DDBC, we develop clean and safe dog-care products that actually work. Our team of vets, scientists, aromatherapists and beauty experts use research-backed data to formulate w/ ONLY organic, natural and naturally derived ingredients. DDBC is human-grade, pH balanced and free of harsh chemicals, because a dog’s life is too short for anything but the best!
Are DDBC’s products safe to use on puppies?
All of our products are safe to use on puppies! While our Disco Dog Shampoo X Conditioner is safe to use on puppies, we recommend our Puppy Party Shampoo for puppies and sensitive dogs.
Do DDBC products go bad or expire?
Our products have a 2-year shelf life from production and a 12-month shelf life once the product is opened.
How often should I use DDBC products on my dog?
We recommend using our Disco Dog or Puppy Party Shampoo X Conditioner on your dog every 1-3 weeks and on puppies every 2-4 weeks (starting at 8 weeks old). Use Butter Pup Balm on paws and nose daily, Furboost Cleanser on face daily, Jet Set Dog Wipes on body, butt and paws as often as possible and Humpday Spray as often as needed in between showers.
Where are DDBC’s products made?
Disco Dog and Puppy Party Shampoo X Conditioner, Furboost Cleanser, Humpday Spray and Butter Pup Balm are all made in the USA. Jet Set Dog Wipes are made in China.
Do you test on animals?
DDBC is cruelty-free and we do not test on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All of our products are vegan.

Where does DDBC ship?
We ship anywhere the post office or UPS/Fedex can send! Enjoy!
How much does shipping cost?
If you add the items to your cart and hit checkout you can see the price directly to your location. Also, currently we are running a free shipping promotion if you order 35 dollars or more to any US location!

We usually ship the same day or next business day. It takes between 1 and 5 days in the US and could take a week to 3 weeks internationally

My payment was rejected. What do I do?
Please contact your credit card or bank to resolve. Maybe it's the wrong billing address or the card has a hold. You can also try a different payment method

When can I expect my refund?
Usually, a few days after the box is received back to our warehouse. You can email us if it's been more than a few days at ddbc@dirtydogbeautyclub.com
Help! I received the wrong item, or my item arrived damaged.
Oh no! We will get it corrected right away and we are really sorry about that. Just let us know or send us a picture of what you received so we can fix it, send to ddbc@dirtydogbeautyclub.com

What are DDBC subscriptions?
Subscriptions make sure you never run out of your dog’s fav self-care products. Not to mention, they help you save money (10% off + free shipping on orders over $35), and time!
How do DDBC subscriptions work?
- Subscribe to one or more DDBC products.
- They can be delivered to you every 1, 3, or 5 months. However, you can switch your products and how often they are delivered to you at any time. You can also add one-off items right to your subscription. We make it easy to manage your subscriptions with your Membership Account.
- Hit us up at help@dirtydogbeautyclub.com whenever you need extra assistance.
- Enjoy your happy, healthy, good smelling dog!
How often do subscriptions ship out?
Up to you! Pick between 2, 4 or 5 month deliveries.
Can I change how often my subscription ships out?
Yes of course, change at any time! On your account under Manage Your Subscription, select Set Next Date or Edit Frequency – set your next order date by: (1.) selecting a new date from the calendar OR by (2.) changing the delivery frequency on the dropdown below the calendar.
What if I want to cancel?
Easy! On your account, look under the Manage Your Subscription section and hit ‘cancel subscription.’
